The Seattle Protesters Is Getting Success
(image: https://cdn.slidesharecdn.com/ss_thumbnails/breakingnews-140319124036-phpapp02-thumbnail-3.jpg)One of the things I enjoy about Seattle is that there's a enormous amount of energy that is offered by the Seattle protesters and from the protesters too. You have individuals who are amassing for their prayer vigil, it's amazing. They have held these for nine days and they will likely go on until they can receive the building at which the governor has his office.
Yes, there is a very strong political climate in this region at the moment. The actual question is if these efforts will be enough. I am not certain, but it seems like the Seattle protests will be very successful.
The way that the event is being set up is that at 4 PM they would gather as a group, and then they would take the opportunity to prepare a prayer vigil outside the sheriff's office. This would be quite a feat. They have to attempt and reach the exterior the building because the building itself is not covered by any type of safety force. They need to pray and they must remain and they then need to run for help.
Folks have taken to it, because you can see. It's amazing how much energy and dedication people may give to something that they are enthusiastic about. At precisely the exact same respect, it is amazing that people are willing to get behind the protesters.
Alaska has been in the Breaking News for something that occurred in the town of Anchorage. You see, the protesters there got involved and got to the governor's office's perimeter. But at some point in time the National Guard came on the scene. That made it illegal for the people who were protesting to enter the governor's office.
As I mentioned before, the protesters were decided to be before the President of the United States, and also the vice president, had arrived, that turned out to be within an hour. Therefore, they were able to select the opportunity to get at the building, which they had the right.
I am not trying to sound critical I wanted to point out that there are some similarities here. And the Seattle protests have been successful in many respects. One of those regions is in allowing people to get in the sheriff's office.
Well, I know you want to hear more. That has been one, although there are different areas where the protests have an impact. Why anybody would get mad with me I am not certain, but it does make sense.
It appears it is not just in Washington State, but in different areas of the nation. These type of protests have helped to bring attention to various issues and to the people that have participated in them, as well.
And that is a very powerful thing. The fact that so many people have gotten involved, and a strong turnout, reveal that a large movement is within our country to get us back on track, as a country.
And that is a wildcard factor, if you ask me. That's why it is such a boon that these kinds of protests are having success.
We ought to give thanks for our leaders that are speaking out with values and speaking out for our future. But we should also realize that it is essential for people to be heard, especially when we see the negative effects of the government spending. Even though it is unfortunate, you are able to see that things are not going to change until the public gets involved.
